How the assessment works
The Inclusive Leadership Assessment
Leaders complete the assessment online in about fifteen minutes. Each pillar is scored and benchmarked, and a Paradigm expert walks each leader through strengths, gaps, and the tactics that move them.
Cohort Reports
For leadership teams and programs: where your leaders are strong and where the gaps cluster, by level, function, or cohort, with priorities for a development program.
Coaching and Programs
Results feed directly into Leadership Coaching for individuals, the Inclusive Leadership workshop series for a cohort, or a broader leadership program.
