At Paradigm, we’ve spent the last decade helping organizations build stronger, more inclusive workplaces where everyone can do their best work. We’ve partnered with thousands of companies—from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500s—to reimagine how culture is built, measured, and sustained.

Today, I’m thrilled to share the next chapter of that journey: the launch of Paradigm’s Culture for Everyone Platform.

We built this platform with a clear vision in mind: that every organization should be capable of building a high-performance culture that attracts great talent across backgrounds, experiences, and identities. A culture where it’s someone’s ability and hard work—not what they look like or where they come from—that predicts their success. A culture where people who are different from one another can come together, collaborate effectively, and thrive. A culture for everyone.

Why Culture for Everyone?

Culture isn’t just a feel-good initiative—it’s a business imperative. The data are clear: when companies create great cultures, they outperform their peers, unlock higher performance and engagement from employees, and reduce turnover.

But building this kind of culture is harder than ever. Leaders are navigating a rapidly diversifying workforce, a shifting “DEI” landscape, new ways of working, and changing employee expectations as five generations come together in the workforce. And while most organizations know that the cultures of yesterday won’t serve the workforces of tomorrow, it’s not always clear what to do differently.

Over the last decade of helping organizations of all sizes across industries, regions, and stages of maturity build and evolve their cultures, we’ve seen four consistent barriers that stand in the way of creating cultures for everyone:

  • Too much disparate data: Companies have dozens of sources of data that answer a part of the question “are we building a culture for everyone?” HRIS data indicates who is joining and who is leaving. Engagement surveys give context on how people feel, and the ways in which people from different backgrounds might be experiencing an organization differently. Employee relations systems indicate where issues may be emerging, and performance management systems offer insight on who is getting feedback, and how people are performing. There’s no easy way to bring all of these data sources together to understand what’s really shaping workplace culture, and leaders often get stuck in a spiral of seeking more and more analyses to answer their questions, allowing a large volume of data to stand in the way of taking action.
  • Too little action: We hear from companies all the time who reach out to tell us “we’ve just run an engagement survey. Now what do we do?” Data, without action, isn’t all that helpful. Our view is that the entire purpose of collecting data should be to make use of it, and take action on the insights it’s offering. But often, data doesn’t come with clear insights or next steps.
  • Culture is shaped by everyone: Culture isn’t only influenced by one leader or a single team. It’s shaped by the processes and policies an organization has, and how people interact with those tools. It’s shaped by how managers give feedback, run meetings, and build trust with their teams. And ultimately, culture is shaped by every single interaction employees have with one another each day. While every employee plays a role in shaping culture, not everyone has the knowledge, skills, or resources they need to foster a culture for everyone.
  • Not everyone sees themselves in culture efforts: Efforts to build cultures for everyone have often failed to communicate a clear narrative that they are, in fact, for everyone, limiting engagement and momentum.

The Culture for Everyone Platform was built to break through these barriers, making it easy for companies to build high-performance organizations that:

  • Attract the best employees from all backgrounds, ultimately leading to teams that represent a broad range of identities, backgrounds, and experiences.
  • Design fair talent systems and processes where people are evaluated consistently and objectively, producing more inclusive and more merit-based outcomes.
  • Foster environments where people across different identities and backgrounds have consistently positive experiences, unlocking productivity, motivation, and performance.

How the AI-Powered Culture for Everyone Platform Works

The Culture for Everyone Platform seamlessly combines AI with strategic guidance from the world’s leading workplace culture experts.

It is designed to help organizations build workplaces where everyone can thrive, by enabling them to do three things:

Get Insight: The Culture for Everyone Platform gives organizations an unprecedented, real-time view into their workplace culture. It connects directly to an organization’s HRIS, then pulls in a range of key data sources that provide key context on organizational maturity in building a culture for everyone. Then, it layers in Paradigm’s proprietary culture assessment to evaluate the full spectrum of what shapes organizational culture.

The assessment considers 10 key domains of culture, including a company’s purpose, communication skills, data-driven decision-making, and growth mindset. Our custom AI then compiles and analyzes all of this data to identify key strengths, surface the most important areas of opportunity, and track cultural maturity over time. Our AI also helps companies understand how their organizations are changing, and what’s driving those changes.

The platform also helps companies continually benchmark their efforts and understand how the landscape around them is changing. It proactively flags emerging trends and potential. For example, if an organization’s peers have adopted more comprehensive mental wellness benefits over the past 6 months, the platform will surface that trend so the organization can consider how it may want to evolve its own offerings.

Most importantly, with both an organization’s own data and our broader benchmarks, the platform doesn’t give a static, point-in-time report—it offers dynamic, evolving insights that adapt as the organization grows, employees change, and the broader market shifts. With this level of intelligence, companies can stay ahead of the curve and make smarter, faster, more informed decisions.

Drive Action: Because we believe the purpose of data is to guide action, the platform also provides tailored, research-backed recommendations to help companies build a culture for everyone. From making changes to talent practices to upskilling people managers, the platform delivers tailored, detailed recommendations and custom resources created by our experts that help organizations take immediate action. Those same experts then partner with organizations to act as trusted advisors and offer hands-on-support for clients that want it.

Enable People: Culture is shaped by everyone, so we make it easy for everyone to contribute. The platform gives organizations skills-based learning that empowers employees at every level to cultivate culture for everyone. Our content includes online courses, microlearnings, resources, and nudges that can be embedded into existing workflows and talent processes. And clients can access our experts for additional support whenever needed.
