As a Customer Success Manager at Paradigm, Nicole is dedicated to fostering long-term relationships with clients and driving business success. With eight years of experience in customer-facing roles, particularly within early-stage technology startups, she has built a strong reputation for developing tailored solutions that address the unique needs of customers while helping them achieve their key business objectives.
Before joining Paradigm, Nicole worked at Nomadic Learning, a social e-learning platform, where she supported HR and L&D leaders in cultivating strong learning organizational cultures. During her time there, she played a key role in launching the Nomadic Customer Advisory Board, a diverse network of learning professionals focused on enhancing the customer experience and staying ahead of global learning trends.
Outside of her professional work, Nicole is an avid reader and enjoys exploring hiking trails throughout Michigan. She is also an active volunteer, serving as a Director, Playwright, and Crew Member for several local community theaters, where she is passionate about creating safe and inclusive spaces for creative expression.
