Michelle built her career in mission-driven Human Resources and Recruiting roles at organizations like Dana Farber Cancer Institute and City Year before shifting to selling B2B partnerships with a leading diversity talent platform, Jopwell. Working as a Talent and HR professional, Michelle saw the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion first hand, as well as the complexity of implementing pragmatic and scalable solutions. She led early career diversity hiring for sales programs at Oracle, and partnered with a marketing team at Northeastern University to build data-supported improvements to inclusion in their graduate student body. Now, in her sales career, she is able to bring her knowledge and passion for problem solving, partnerships, and DEI work together as an Account Executive for Paradigm.
Michelle holds her bachelor’s degree in English from Northeastern University. When she’s not helping clients see solutions to their DEI challenges, you can find Michelle roller skating along the Boston waterfront, trying to master the art of sourdough bread, volunteering in electoral politics, or curled up with a book and her cat and dog.
