As a Customer Success Manager, Ignacio specializes in fostering strong relationships with his points of contact. Having a diverse career trajectory that includes being a freelance sports blog contributor and tennis coach, before pivoting to Customer Success, he brings a versatile skill set to the table.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Ignacio worked at Uber and then at a leading diversity talent platform, Jopwell. At Uber he headed the Uber Eats Taskforce, and represented Uber in hearings with the Independent Drivers Guild. At Jopwell he honed his ability to have the, at times, uncomfortable conversations with clients to yield positive change for those looking to kickstart or dive deeper in their DEI journeys.
Ignacio holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Physics from Fordham University. When he’s not providing top notch Customer Service, you can find him cheering for the Yankees, dabbling in screenwriting and guitar playing, and having occasional adventures in the city that never sleeps.
