Before joining Paradigm, Erin served as the Area Vice President of Customer Success at BetterUp. Her multifaceted career includes roles in consulting, sales, operations, accounting, and recruiting, underpinned by foundational experience in financial statement audits at KPMG. This diverse background equips her with a robust financial and analytical perspective. Outside of work, Erin is an avid yoga enthusiast, lifelong learner, and enjoys creating memorable experiences for family and friends.
