Cindy O’Day

Cindy brings both sales experience and a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Paradigm. Over the past decade, she has immersed herself in classes, programs, and groups that have fueled her journey in helping companies build inclusive cultures. She is currently on the DEI committee for POWER of Professional Women in Philadelphia.

Cindy is a native of Oakland and enjoys experiencing life on the East Coast. In her spare time, Cindy loves to travel both internationally and domestically. She loves to immerse herself in different cultures, eat the local fare, and meet people from all walks of life.
